Electronic Expansion Valve

OVERVIEW

This series electronic expansion valve is a kind of promising throttling device suited for the demands of mechano-electronic refrigeration system. It can give fast response and a wide modulating range. And moreover it can work under the preset modulating method to achieve the excellent quality of superheat modulation. So it can guarantee the chiller to be used efficiently and the system to be run with steady-state, low energy losses and accurately controlled temperature. It is used widely in refrigeration system such as inverter air conditioner.

WORKING PRINCIPLE
When the inputting voltage pulses are applied to the coil in determined sequence, a rotational magnetic field is produced. Thus the rotor, which is made of permanent magnetic material, is rotated by the magnetic torque, making the valve pin up or down through the transmitting structure, and to change the mass flow area of valve. In this way, the mass flow can be adjusted automatically to ensure that the system is kept in the best state.

Solenoid Valve

OVERVIEW

This series solenoid valve is a kind of valve with mini-flow, hard hermetic seal and normal close. It can be used as deforestor, flow direction controllor, or on/off controllor in refrigeration system. At present it is used widely in refrigerator, air conditioning system and humidity eliminator etc.

WORKING PRINCIPAL
This series solenoid valve is built with a free moving steel plunger that sits within a coil. When current is introduced, a magnetic field forms which draws the plunger, and opens the valve. The reset of the valve depends on the gravity of the plunger and the elastics force of it's to spring.

Pulse Electronic Expansion Valve

OVERVIEW:

This series pulse electronic expansion valve is a kind of speed-down style valve, which includes all good peculiarities that motor-driven electronic expansion valve has. It's pulse electricity driver transfers power through speeddown gear group and adjusts the rising process of valve pin with bellows. The function of gear's slowing down increases largely output torque so that the small electromagnetic power could obtain the plenty output moment. Its full open pulse is 2000. Its adjustment is more accurate and the performance is better. The pulse electricity driver and gear group can be easily split from valves with different diameter orifice. It can meet the needs of controlling flux in different range, provided the valve is changed.

WORKING PRINCIPLE:
When the input voltage pulse from controlling circuit are applied to each coils in electricity driver, the rotor in the driver is rotated by the magnetic torque, making the valve pin rectilinear move through the transmitting structure, and to change the mass flow area of valve. In this way, the mass flow can be adjusted automatically to ensure that the system is kept in the best state.
